ibis London Luton Airport

I liked how welcoming the staff were at all times, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for us to rest in while waiting for our flight the next morning. We had a lovely time just relaxing before going on to relax even more. The food and drinks were really yummy too and a great selection to pick from. It was a fairly quiet hotel and was very peaceful.

The breakfast was excellent,check in smooth,friendly and efficient. All staff were excellent and the room very clean.

Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was excellent, all very clean and the room had everything you would need, plenty of plug points and also a kettle with tea coffee etc, but sadly no milk? Parking is first come first served but was reasonable price for the night £13 and we also left the car during the day for £22. Ten minute walk to the airport which is mad busy even at 4.30 in the morning, we ate at the hotel and the food was much better than expected, Fish & Chips was very good as was the Chili, chicken burger and chicken club sandwich were very tasty and had lots of meat. Bar is expensive but it was always going to be. Friendly staff and easy to find.

The place is convenient, clean and quiet. I must give a shout out to the staff. All were friendly and helpful but there is a woman, working that night in the lounge area, who went above and beyond her responsibilities. We asked her about travel to Heathrow. She not only googled the info for us but, when this senior said I need to write the directions, she went off and printed them out for us.She is the reason we love to travel. Wish I knew her name…

Great location for the airport. We walked it in about 7 minutes. The rooms are a good, decent size and the beds are comfy. The food in the restaurant was OUTSTANDING !!! Probably some of the best hotel food I have had, so fair play to the chef. I would definitely stay here again if travelling from Luton airport.
